New Rogue Software Remover

Here it is. I normally don't have use for this stuff but when I do it is nice to have a current version. Eset is the Nod32 antivirus people.

ShareX Set To Irfanview

I like ShareX to open a snip with IrfanView. Sometimes when updating, I lose that setting. This is one way to restore it. What likely change...
