I finally gave in and set up Stremio. Wow
I'm not sure why Syncler is so miserable right now and others seem glitchy also.
Troypoint's App has a lot if not most of what you need.
For instance Smart YouTube no longer stops ads but Troy has the new one.
Stremio Setup
Install Stremio on PC
Set up a logon and password with some email account

Set up RealDebrid
Close Stremio

Install Stremio on streaming device
Just log in to Stremio account and it will sync
Firestick may not sync Torrentio with RD api so if you need to check validity
go the the Torrentio addon setting and view the api key
Log into your RD account with any pc. Then go to https://real-debrid.com/apitoken
Next alter the api in the Torrentio settings to match.
Shield is ARM64 available on PlayStore
Firestick 4K is ARM64 but may only use 32 (This is how Kodi works)
Once you log on you can sync your extensions-addons
