Fan-error: This is a known weakness. Here is what one guy said about replacement models.

*** Blowing out with can of compressed air might do it but use paper clip to stop fan rotation to not blow out the bearings. If bad fan this will not help.***
It could be a driver error. Hold the Escape Key while booting. If this allows you to bypass the fan error then the problem is driver related and not hardware related. Not sure which driver to update. If you do this bypass be sure to check that air is blowing.
