My Garmin Nuvi 350 Died - Long Live Garmin (fixed it)
Rumors of my Garmin's death were exaggerated. Actually I charged it and held power-on button long enough for it to come back to life.
My Nuvi 350 upon which I swung a mean deal ($700) when it first arrived on the scene for $1000, has suddenly gone on to digital heaven or hell (whichever). Personal navigation costs have drastically dropped and I am considering a new Garmin 255W for $94. I am tempted to buy the 1350LMT for $169 because of the lifetime map update but as long as haklabs renews its Garmin update hack, I believe I will save $75, go the haklabs.com lifetime update route, and go with the 255W. Happy trails to you, la, la, la.
