Google's Blue Arrow

I seriously hate Google's blue arrow that refuses to scroll the search page but instead clicks its way down through each entry. In fact I hate it so much that I am now using Bing as my default search. I would love to rant on about how stupidly useless this blue arrow is but why waste the time.
