Free PDF software will not allow saving of a rotated pdf file. This online solution works great. Others may exist as well. Get 'er done.
PDF Xchange can do this to. Be aware the tool bar buttons are for rotate view only. Menu items include rotate page and can save. I don't know if the free version allows this.
