LibreOffice

See Libre suggestions here.

If you don't have Microsoft Office then use LibreOffice.
Get it here.

Search for the portable version if needed.

When you run the downloaded file, a new LibreOffice folder will be created where ever you ran the file and it will have all the files you need to run LibreOffice.

This folder can be place anywhere and LibreOffice run from the folder. Nothing is installed. When saving files be sure to use "save as" and check that Libre is using the same extension as the original file. It did not try to change the extension when I used it, so you should be fine.

LibreOfficeCalc is the spreadsheet. It will fill out your sheets just fine. It is all you need.

I just had portable LibreOffice not start on one old XP machine. I downloaded the "install" version. After install both versions worked so XP must have been missing some file needed. I don't know if XP will always need this
