On1 Photo RAW

Had trouble installing on one Windows 7 machine.
The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.
Go here and install update:

This was a common problem with some Adobe installs also. I would think it would be easy for On1 install to check it you have the update and install it if you didn't. But they didn't.

I have great expectations for On1 RAW but as of 12-16-2016 things are still buggy.
It crashes now and then on Windows 10
Eraser brush just sits at halfway done at times
I see no way to use Nik Effects with it
Getting help is hopeless because no one is posing solutions and On1 won't answer either because it is   still in development.
Still - if they ever get this thing working it is going to be the go to solution.
