1. Handle Windows user files without permission hassle.

1. Just because you can. It's huge.
Antivirus hates Medicat so isolate it into a bootable img file that Antivirus can't read.
a. Download Medicat and the installer
b. Turn Antivirus totally off
c. Create a VHD drive of fixed size 32GB in Disk Manager (pick your favorite size)
d. Format to NTFS
e. Install Medicat to the VHD (say yes to GPT & Secure Boot)
f. Eject the drive
g. Rename Medicat.vhd to Medicat.img
h. Paste onto a Ventoy drive as usual.
i. Yes, it will boot
E. These releases can do exponentially more than what I mentioned.
I can't imagine you would ever need anything else.
